"I've been going to Dr. Haddad 18 yrs & he has/is taking very good care of me. He addresses any problems I have concerning my RA & he offers other alternatives besides medication. 2 of the reviews here are very misleading when they state that pain medication is only prescribed. I'm on quite a few non-pain medications. Dr. Haddad cares deeply for his patients. Don't listen to those that state only certain medication is prescribe as it's false. If it weren't for Dr. Haddad I wouldn't be walking, I'd be in a wheelchair... This office is tops, you won't find a better Rheumatologist."

The office staff is great, always helpful, always available, and you are never stuck waiting on hold forever. They are an absolute pleasure to deal with, and the clinical team takes the time to truly listen and address every single question you have. Now, let’s talk about Dr. Haddad. He is absolutely wonderful. He does not push medications unnecessarily but instead takes a thoughtful approach, offering both holistic advice and western medicine options. What I love most is that he encourages you to be your own advocate and respects your input when creating a treatment plan. It is refreshing to see a rheumatologist who genuinely cares about his patients, something that has become a rarity these days. Compared to my previous office, this place is apples to oranges. The wait times are quick, the office runs so efficiently, and the entire staff works together seamlessly to deliver excellent patient care. "I’ve been coming here for a while, and I always had a great experience! I get infusions and the nurse who does them( Aisa) is so nice!! She is very knowledgeable and is very patient professional !! The Staff here are all nice in their own ways, and if you make use of the patient portal when you have questions or concerns you will get an answer in a timely fashion! Dr Haddad is a very nice friendly educated man and is always willing to help and work with you. Mia is also very sweet and genuinely cares!
